Describing the Economical Design.

Words that describe those with the Intuitive design:

Courteous.Generous.Conservative.Social.Managing.Calculating.Consciencious.Thrifty.

People with this design…

see their giving as a means to further the cause of an individual, group of people, or an organization.  They have an acute ability to get material resources and distribute them to those with material needs.  They tend to be good stewards over the material resources but have unorthodox patterns of giving.  They not only help to meet material needs but operational needs that are met through their giving.  Economical Designs are generous people who give with a willing and cheerful heart.  Money is not the only thing that they give.  They give everything.  Sometimes they may feel used if they believe they are the only one giving, or if they feel the relationship is based on what they have to give.  They have the ability to create systems that produce and/or manage material resources.  This system can include networking with others that have those material needs.  Through their giving they are releasing life in those that receive their gifts.

Understanding your Motivational Design will change every area of your life.

  • Work is a lot of things. It is the way we get things done. It is the way we solve problems. It is the way we provide for ourselves and families. It is the specific job you do and the way you use your talents and abilities. Even those things that we don’t categorize as work like playing and even maintenancing our lives require us to work. It is the way we are able to use our abilities to accomplish our goals. Your motivational design as a lot to do with how you operate. You operate in a way that allows you to achieve the goals of your internal drives. That why you can have two different people doing the same job with the same training and do it very differently. The more we understand how we do things the more we can master our own processes and ways of doing things. You are going to understand your difference is your advantage and by honoring that difference you will be more fulfilled in the work you do because it will allow you to enjoy the process as well as the results you are getting.

  • How you live your life is largely influence by your internal motivations and drives. The more you understand these drives the better choices you can make. You will be able to do things that more fulfilling and that make sense to you. You will also get a better understand of your rest work cycles. Each person is different and see this differently. The insights in your Design Report will go along way to getting to think differently about how you are living your life. Many people are amazed that the insights allow them to make choice that greatly enriched their lives. Finding satisification in life is largely connected to us finding both our purpose and how we were designed to carry out that purpose. It is what gives everything we do our special mark and ingredient. It is how we are able to provide a unique contribution to whatever we doing.

  • We are uniquely designed to relate to the world in different ways. This also means that we relate to one another differently. We see relationships differently and want something different out them from others. There is a general desire for companionship and closeness but this is even defined differently by people. These difference are coming from your unique make up. That make up being your motivational design. One of the big aspects of your make up is your preferences. Your nature gives you a distinct way that you want to live. It is connected to what you are able to do and how you need to live to be able to consistently fulfill that purpose. Finding others that are compatible with how we want to live and the purposes that inform our decisions are critical to living in harmony.
