there are also emotions connected to some of the functions that we have control over. We need to feel a certain way to do certain things. We also the intensity of the emotions or feeling is a part of our ability to do that things a high level. And our ability to sustain that emotions and its intensity over a period of time is critical to the outcome we want to achieve.
