There are all type of intelligence. There are all type of Learning modalities. There are all types of ways that we each our individual intelligence. When you know how you are wired you can align yourself with the opportunities that will allow you to utilize the very best that you have to offer. We each are wired differently. We have different focuses and preferences that create different perspectives. Learning how you think and approach life will allow you to enhance how you think and how you make choices. We have been studying Human Design for over 30 years and have helped people all over the world understand how they think, learn, interact, work etc. We have been able to do this with the insights that we have about their motivational design. Our motivational design is the intrinsic and unique way that we are designed to …We have been studying not only how people think but how they use what they know, what they learned and what they been taught. Being aware of your personal learning style and how you process information can make all the difference in the world.
One of the things we need to understand about our intelligence is that our emotions, experiences and other things factor into it. When a person is an artist they have a base of knowledge that they are able to utilize. This is not just the conceptual knowledge of light and color and paints and canvases… it is the knowledge that allow them t articulate what they are seeing and feeling and translate it into something visual. to take a medium and master it and use it to convey ideas, thoughts and feelings. This is something beyond the conceptual insights that one could derive from studying the work.
Thinking is involved in everything we do. Whatever we do it first has to be received and processed in the mind.

intuitive intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to understanding the nature of the things. This is not something that on face value we can always have an understanding. It is used to predict the behavior of things as well as design things that are true to its form, character and purpose (cause). For example this goes beyond the definition of what justice is and to the heart of it which is the administration of the truth. What is truth? How can that be known or even measured. This is the intelligent that typically will not only wrestle to understand with these types of thoughts and Ideas but to see that they are applied in their life and those around them. This is the type of thinking that is important for create a society that is true to all its members and allows them the freedom to live on their terms and express their unique individuality.

Learning Style: they learn by observation and comparing what they see with the consistency of what something is suppose to be or says that it is. They gather insights about the truthfulness and the facts of something by investigating. they will look into the claims and allegations to determine is the claims are real and true. They also want to understand the fairness of decisions that are made about people. they are into the details of the rules and how they are administered. the observations are weighed against their sense of what things should be or what it has represented itself to be… they will go to great links to understand something through its actions and behavior… there is the ability to understand the correlation between the nature or character of something and how it behaves or acts. These insights are catalog and used as a quick reference guide.
industrious intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to understanding how things functions. They have an understanding of the details of the make up of the systems and components of how things are comprised and are able to build, and make them. They have a very good base of knowledge when comes to the processes and procedures that can be used to build and repair things. They are able to get things working and keep them working. Their base of knowledge allows them to have … they are into the intricatous of what is necessary for something to work and work right. They want their work to have longevity and be excellent. Learning Style: they learn through research and experimentation. They also are furiously studious looking at insights and that have been validated as sources of information to build their ideas on. They will quickly form a sense of the validatity of the sources of information. thee are things they feel makes something validate…. they are much slower in coming to conclusions …they enjoy learning how to learn as well as developing systems for managing the information they are gathering and sharing with others.
The capacity to understand and learn is also a status symbol for those who have this as their primary mode of learning and thinking. This style is the classically form of learning and is usually the standard by which the rest are measured by. Most of our learning institutes use this style and method as the standard to measure intelligent.
motivational intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to development and forward movement. It is the insights and wisdom that comes with doing something over and over again to develop its potential and get the outcome that allows for h…. it is connected to the knowledge of what allows us to psychological continue to push the envelop and demand more out of our sizes. It focuses on the… this thinking has an understanding of time.. they have a base of knowledge of what it takes to go to the next step and attract the attention of supporters. They are able to build an audience as well as traction in the venture they undertake. They have a deep insight into what it take to stay mental fit to continue to pursue their goals and dreams. They are connected to the processes and have an acute understanding of the processes they are taking to get to their outcomes. They move from one goal to the next with ease and continue to stay educated about the dynamics that pertain to each area they are working in. They have a quick mind that is good with numbers especially statistics and metrics or anatlics. they can correlate their actions and the outcome that they want to achieve. They think in terms of outcomes and are always looking move forward.

They are connected to the dynamics that allows forward movement and will engagement in their efforts to move toward their goals. They understand the dynamics surrounding faith. they will develop their pyschologocial … they understand how they think about things will impact their ability to stay motivated and inspired. They will do things to continue to inform them and build their faith so that they can stay positive about the work they are doing even when they don’t immediately see the results they are working for.
economical intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to assessing the value of anything. Understanding what makes it valuable and how it appreciates and deprecates in value. A deep understanding of the future … a They are able to understand what makes it valuable and how to sustain its value. They are also able to assess how it and why it is valuable to different people. They are able to create … using their base of knowledge… and to create a sense of safety and ethics when dealing with money but also a sense of discretion for those who have valuables they are interacting with…. they have a thorough knowledge on how to increase their worth and their control over their wealth.

synergistical intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to arranging things in a way that they work toward specific goals and outcomes. Where the sum of the whole is greater than the individual. This base of knowledge has an understanding of chemistry and collaboration. They have a depth of knowledge about the strengths and weaknesses of the various components at work. They have a deep understanding of systems and how they work and how to both create them and repair them. They bring dissimilar elements together through their systems and a systems approach to doing things. Creating the right environment to support their system is critical knowledge they have. The knowledge of how things work… many times their are layers of function which increases the complexity of their work but allows for higher function. Many times with a sense of ease on the outer layer. but can be difficult to change or change direction because of the complexity of the relationships and layering internally. much of the knowledge is passed down and gotten through trial and error.
Learning Style:
Experiential intelligence: This is the thinking and understanding that pertains to being able grasp the details of an experience or what goes into creating, sustaining an experience. It is the insights that surround the connection between what is happening and how people feel and what that does for them. It is also an understanding of the things people need to do better and feel better. They use their minds to understand the nuance of the moment and experiences that people are having… they are into all the details that have contributed to the moment. It makes sense that what we experience through our senses should impact our moods and our ability and willingness to do other things.
Learning Style: They learn by listening and through examples. They also learn through listening to other people’s experiences and stories.
Each of these designs use their intelligent differently because the areas they are focused on and are gifted

We know that in anything we do we use our brain power. In order to do anything their is a base of knowledge and understanding that allows us to do what we do. Different activities and as well as different outcomes require different types of thinking because of what a person needs to know and how that know can be gained. Some things can be taught from a lecture or book while other things need to be demonstrated. The outcomes will require us to do things with our bodies, require different skills and therefore access different parts of our brains.
