People with the Intuitive Design…

Discern (judge) between right and wrong and take a stand to bring change to the moral climate around them.  They are willing to make sacrifices for what they believe in and have a strong desire to cause others to stand with them.  Prophets communicate with great authority and passion.  They have a strong desire to advocate for the rights of others, especially those that are unprotected and mistreated.  These “Social Prophets” have a desire to speak strongly against the evils and ills in society. Their greatest perceived need is justice.  They have trouble with systems and people that don’t operate with integrity.  Although they care for people, they tend to stand up for the principle rather than for the person.  They also have the ability to see the original design of things.  This makes them great innovators and designers.

How this Design might describe themselves:

I am true.

I need my alone time.

I love nature and deep discussions.

I hate crowds, lies and plans that don’t work out.

I bring my honest perspective.

My superpower is my ability to stand up for those that can’t stand for themselves.

Understanding your Motivational Design will change every area of your life.

  • Those with an Intuitive design like to work independently and with as much autonomy as possible. This allows them to achieve the outcomes that they have envisioned. They take pride in the work they have been able to do and are very motivated when they are able to do the work that is asked of them. They want to make sure they are a right fit for the work to determine if they have the ability to do the work. The Intuitive design prefers to work in an environment that has a clear vision because this allows them to see all the work that needs to be done.

  • Intuitive designs desire to live relatively simple lives that allow them to contemplate the meaning of life and pursue what they conclude to be the answer. They value their alone time. This is where they can get away from the hustle and bustle of the world. They spend a sizable amount of time thinking, reflecting and observing the world around them to better understand the motives and natures of the people and things in it. They enjoy the things in the world that allow them to go deeper into those ideas and beliefs. They feel very deeply about the way the world should be and the changes that need to be made for it to exist in that way.

  • Intuitive designs connect with people that they feel are honest and true. They value those qualties in each of the relationships they have whether it is a work relationship or a close personal one. They prefer to keep their circle of friends and family small and close knit because they are cautious of who they trust and can be vulnerable with. Intuitive designs like to surround themselves with things that ring true to their who they are. They connect around shared interests and outlooks in life. These shared interests help them create deeper connections with others, and allows them to have stimulating conversations. They measure and determine the magnitude of their close relationships based on how true it is.
