iD7! Organization Toolkit

DY7 Organization tool is used to help enhance your performance in the market place! It will share what it takes to be and to produce the best in the work place. This tool allows individuals to not only enhance performance, but measure their performance and develop areas of low performance in your design! Individuals will be able to increase in the knowledge of their design as it pertains to their specific role and responsibilities in their careers and market place endeavors. It comes with the tool as well as a manual that may be referred to. This is an excellent tool to use to help increase your designs productivity and effectiveness in the work place. 

Group Guided Coaching: This tool comes with an 2 hours of coaching to make sure you know how to use the tools in this kit.

Personal Profile: Each Person will get to use our architect tool to help them better understand how to apply the insights that have just received. In the iD7! Personal Tool you will be using the Designtype. This tool was designed to enrich your knowledge of your motivational design operates in specific areas like learning and perspective.

Templates: This is where we are able to personalize the insights you have and match them to whatever you are doing in life. We use the results of the Identifier assessment as a way to better understand your tendencies and give you an idea of how you are functioning in specific areas.

Maps: This is where we work to create a strategic map to help you with integrating your insights into your everyday life. It also gives you something to look at and reflect on and see where you are going.

Journal: This is a 30 day reflective and discussion experience that helps reinforce the insights and principles from your personal profile and the You are beautiful book.
